RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Program Manager (PM) for Language and Culture Services | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY034039] Direct the Language and Culture Services program, overseeing execution and staff performance. Develop program schedules and manage budgetary resources. Liaise with stakeholders to ensure alignment with contract goals Desired Qualifications For Program Manager (PM) for Language and Culture Services | Language and Cultural Education [ARMY034039] (ARMY034039) Candidates: Extensive background in leading military or government training programs. Understanding of Department of Defense standards and processes. Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications Master’s degree in Program Management, International Relations, or related field. 8+ years in program management within military/government settings Skills Required Expertise in managing budgets and scheduling. Strong grasp of defense sector dynamics Competencies Required Excellent oral and written communication skills.
