Must have skills : Program Control Services Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands effective communication with various stakeholders to manage their expectations, address any arising issues, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic and requires balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a clear focus on achieving the desired business results through structured program or project management. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery. - Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. - Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple project components simultaneously. - Excellent communication abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively. - Capability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports for decision-making. - Experience in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to track progress. - Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and implement corrective actions promptly.
