This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role also involves coordinating efforts across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead strategic planning sessions to align project goals with organizational priorities. - Facilitate effective communication channels among cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation. - Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management and delivery methodologies. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. - Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution. - Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity. - Competence in utilizing project management tools and software to track progress and performance.
