This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The lead coordinates efforts across different teams and departments, ensuring that all aspects of the program or project are progressing smoothly and any issues are promptly resolved to maintain momentum and achieve strategic goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate collaboration among diverse groups to align project objectives and resources effectively. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Project Management. - Strong capability in stakeholder communication and expectation management. - Experience in defining project scope and monitoring execution of deliverables. - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex project schedules. - Skilled in risk identification, mitigation strategies, and problem-solving across multiple teams. - Competence in using project management methodologies and tools to ensure successful program delivery.
