Leveraging project management methods, digital tools, and close collaboration with stakeholders, you will contribute to structured project execution and transparent communication across teams.   Key Responsibilities   Project Management & Scheduling   You support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of large-scale infrastructure projects, with a focus on schedule, cost, and quality. You contribute to effective project control and support the timely and high-quality delivery of complex initiatives.   Stakeholder & Interface Management   You coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and actively manage interfaces between clients, authorities, and external service providers. Through structured collaboration and clear alignment, you support smooth project execution across multiple stakeholders.   PMO Methods & Digital Tools   You apply and further develop project management methods and digital tools to ensure efficient project steering, transparency, and documentation. Your work supports standardized processes and continuous improvement within project environments.   Reporting & Communication   You support transparent project communication by preparing status reports and presentations, organizing workshops and meetings, and facilitating information exchange with all relevant stakeholders. About the skills that make your work successful:   Proficiency   in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2) , enabling effective communication with clients and project teams in international environments.    A completed university degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.    First exposure to project management or project scheduling, ideally in the context of infrastructure, energy, or large-scale technical projects.    A structured, reliable, and well-organized working style, with an interest in applying established project management standards and methods.   #LI-EU Join us for a fulfilling career and a balanced lifestyle that celebrates diversity and promotes inclusivity.
