Position Summary Provide administrative support for a wide array of functions for the Center for Oral Health Policy and Management. Work with the Director to administer strategic initiatives and new projects working in collaboration with units. Participate in the planning, design and implementation of programs. Represent the office at new program planning and ongoing meetings and attend College wide events. Serve as a liaison to the administrative leadership of the Dean's Office and senior staff. Manage the activities of the College’s new global activities (e.g. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London, China). Participate as an ex-officio member of its advisory board and serve as Curator. Engage and provide administrative support for several Center wide educational initiatives.
Qualifications
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience in higher education, project management, planning operations or equivalent combination. Preferred Experience: 2+ years experience in healthcare administration
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills. Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience in balancing competing demands of managing an academic healthcare center.
Additional Information
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $75,816.00 to USD $92,664.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, clinical compensation, or other items.
