The Opportunity Soben, part of Accenture, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing Data Centre team in Luxembourg . This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of the world's leading technology and hyperscale clients, delivering large-scale, ground-up data centre developments across Luxembourg and the wider European region. You will be responsible for managing projects from inception through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring successful delivery against client objectives for cost, schedule, quality, safety, and operational performance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience delivering complex capital projects in either the data centre, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, commercial, or related sectors. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership Act as the key client interface throughout the project lifecycle. Provide strategic advice during project inception and feasibility stages. Establish project success criteria, including programme, cost, quality, technical, safety, and operational objectives. Lead multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful project delivery. Drive project performance and foster collaborative working relationships across all stakeholders. Programme & Delivery Management Lead the development and management of detailed project execution plans. Manage project delivery from concept through commissioning and final handover. Monitor progress against key milestones and proactively manage project risks and opportunities. Ensure project objectives are achieved within agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. Coordinate designers, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and client teams throughout project delivery. Governance & Controls Establish effective project governance structures, processes, and reporting procedures. Monitor project performance through relevant KPIs and performance metrics. Manage project change control processes and stakeholder approvals. Ensure robust reporting frameworks are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee project documentation, reporting, and communication processes. Commercial & Financial Management Advise clients on procurement strategies and resource requirements. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Work closely with commercial and cost management teams to maintain financial control. Support risk management and contingency planning activities. Provide commercial insight and recommendations to support client decision-making. Health, Safety & Quality Promote and maintain the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance. Ensure effective quality management processes are implemented across all project stages. Monitor compliance with project-specific and regulatory requirements. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Client & Stakeholder Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders. Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication across all parties. Provide regular project updates and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery. Qualifications & Experience Essential Degree qualified in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline. Extensive project management experience within a construction consultancy environment. Proven experience delivering large-scale construction projects throughout the full project lifecycle. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques. Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and external stakeholders. Excellent commercial awareness and financial management capability. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively within complex and fast-paced project environments. Experience managing clients and senior stakeholders at strategic and operational levels. Preferred Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, industrial, or major infrastructure projects . Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB, CEng, or equivalent), or actively working towards professional accreditation. Experience working with international clients and multidisciplinary teams. Knowledge of Luxembourg construction regulations and project delivery practices. Fluency in English, with French and/or Ge
