Job Description:
Parsons are looking for a talented and highly motivated Project Manager - Development Districts to join their team!
The Project Manager provides oversight to realize execution excellence in the delivery of all phases of detailed design projects under his/her direction. He/she shall be responsible for the technical excellence of the tasks and analyses performed, regulatory compliance, and for on-schedule completion of design projects within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations.
What You’ll Be Doing”
Supervise the preparation, design and presentation of high-quality development design drawings and reports.
Supervise the preparation of technical design packages through to tender and monitor construction quality.
Liaise with other district Project Managers, Discipline Leads, internal and external team members including master planners, architects, urban designers, specialist designers, all engineering disciplines and quantity surveyors.
Plan, program and delegate within the team structure and participate in workflow reporting and planning.
Provide high level liaison with Clients and Client’s representatives.
Participate in writing technical proposals, estimating levels of effort, work plans, and schedules as required.
Maintain affiliations with professional societies to keep abreast of development of trends and technologies.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in project management, architecture from a recognized university
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the masterplan/urban design field showing increasing levels of responsibility
Experience managing groups for established Architecture/Engineering firms or the client side
Experience dealing with GCC based municipalities and developers
Proven leadership and delivery ability
Excellent English verbal and writing skills
