The starting pay range for this position per hour is $20.50 - $22.50. The full pay range for this position per hour is $20.50 - $34.85 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. We bring that vision to life through our values and culture.   Learn more about Target here.     ALL ABOUT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT   Property Management   supports a profitable business   by   ensuring that assets are   well-maintained   and functional ,   and services are   completed   on time   while minimizing vendor cost.   Property Management ( PM )   maintains   physical assets   and mitigates excess   spending to   ensure that our store teams can focus on serving our guests without distraction.   PM   also   supports remodel efforts, executes new project   sets   and enables efficient front of store and backroom operations to delight our guests.    At Target ,   we believe in our   leaders   having meaningful experiences that help them build and develop skills for a career. The role of a Property Management Lead can provide you with   the skills and experience of :   Identifying   and safely executing preventive and corrective maintenance on all building assets and equipment   Completing work within compliance standards and Target guidelines   W orking with vendors and influencing   timely   completion of their work    I nfluencing store team to ensure project work aligns with PM priorities and financial goals    W orking with Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Life Safety Power Systems and Electrical equipment    U nderstand ing   repair versus replace and managing cost   As   a   Property Management Lead   no   two days are ever the same, but a typical day will   most likely include   the following responsibilities:   Consistently deliver guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience.   Ensures every team member understands, is trained, and consistently   delivers on   Target’s guest experience commitments   and consistent operations.   Actively observes and provides feedback, holding team members accountable while recognizing great guest experience moments.   Reviews area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to   identify   opportunities ,   takes action to improve , and   aligns team on the right behaviors and execution, celebrates wins, drives results that deliver outcomes and elevates the guest experience.   Utilize technology   ( e.g.   Mobile De v ice, AI)   to create , troubleshoot,   prioritize,   an d   safely   complete work orders.   Perform preventive maintenance on building assets and equipment ,   including Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration, Life Safety Power Systems and Electrical.   Follow   appropriate safety   procedures and training, use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE )   and ensure a safe work environment by   identifying   and correcting equipment safety hazards.    Teach and train store team to follow safety procedures.   Identify   and perform corrective maintenance on building assets.   Inform and engage the store leadership team (including new leaders) on property management workload priorities, and share impacts of store processes on asset care,   maintenance   and functionality.   Lead and   demonstrate   a culture of executing all best practices as outlined within team onboarding and learning; help close skill gaps through development,   coaching   and team interactions .   With   Property Management Business Partner   guidance,   e valuate store brand and ensure assets and vendor performance meets maintenance   and functionality   standards .   Assist   in   e xecut ing   special projects , remodels   and   support   PM   asset s   and   service strategies in partnership   with   store   team .   E nsure internal and external work orders are completed   safely and   efficiently ;   vendors are accountable   to do the   same   for   work   orders assigned/routed to them .   Assist in managing emergency situations as needed in partnership with store and field leaders .     Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating   equitable   experiences .   All other duties   based   on business needs .   WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR   This may be the right job for you if:   You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that   shop   our store and fellow team members you work with .     You thrive in a fast-moving, highly   active   and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.    You are open to   working   a flexible work schedule with varying hours,   days   or shifts (including nights, weekends,   holidays   and other peak shopping times).   The good news is that we have some amazing training that will help teach you everything you need to know   to be a   Property Management Lead.   But ,   there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:     High School diploma or equivalent   Must be 18 years of age or older
