Overview Psychiatrist Opportunity St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital - Chicago, IL 100% Outpatient Prime Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist to join our dynamic Behavioral Health team at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Responsibilities Scope: Deliver comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care to adults, including diagnostic evaluations, medication management, treatment planning, and close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (nurses, therapists, social workers, and advanced practice providers). Schedule: Flexible schedule with 36 patient-facing hours a week and 4 administrative hours. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry (ABPN) Current Illinois medical license (or eligibility  to obtain) Valid DEA registration Strong clinical skills in adult outpatient psychiatry preferred Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a passion for patient-centered behavioral health care Pay Transparency Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $300,000.00 to $350,000.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
