We are seeking a Psychologist  to join a foundational, interdisciplinary team  in a rare opportunity to help shape a forward-thinking model that blends behavioral health, preventive care, and whole-person medicine  to support patients across the aging spectrum. As a core team member, you will play a critical role in delivering interdisciplinary assessments  and developing personalized, behaviorally focused care plans. You will work with a diverse patient population—from individuals proactively focused on longevity and wellness, to those at risk for chronic conditions, to patients experiencing cognitive decline or dementia. This role is ideal for a psychologist who is energized by innovation, program development, team-based care, and meaningful patient impact .
