The only thing missing is you! Benefis Health System is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated outpatient  Clinical Psychologist  to join our growing behavioral health team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, evidence-based care for a diverse patient population while collaborating with a multidisciplinary medical team. We are looking for a psychologist who is committed to clinical excellence, values teamwork, and is passionate about improving mental health outcomes across our rural catchment area.  Key Responsibilities   Provide empirically supported psychotherapy to individuals, families, and/or groups, utilizing a strong foundation in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT).  Perform psychological assessments for diagnostic clarification   Collaborate with a close-knit team of colleagues including 7 psychologists (three clinical psychologists, one health psychologist, one pediatric neuropsychologist, two adult-focused neuropsychologists), two psychometrists, LCPC and LCSW counselors, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and psychiatrists; with opportunity to engage in weekly interdisciplinary case consultations Additional opportunities to grow, including supervising/mentoring masters level clinicians and teaching medical students  The clinic is open and staffed Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm and offers flexibility in scheduling with front desk staff supporting check in, check out and scheduling needs for clinic patients  No evening, weekend or call obligations, and a practice environment offering our psychologists excellent work/life integration, and a balance between clinical autonomy and professional connection  Qualifications   Doctoral PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology, including an APA approved clinical psychology internship and a post-doctoral fellowship (formal or informal)  Eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in the state of Montana Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills  Why we stand out    Stand alone, financially stable, not-for-profit health system led by a CEO with a 20+ year tenure   Over 440 employed providers on medical staff    Regional tertiary center with robust specialty support including neurology, neurosurgery, brain injury rehabilitation, endocrinology, rheumatology, advanced gastroenterology, cardiothoracic, and more!   Patient focused, quality community and regional medical care   Epic electronic medical record and good clinical support staffing structures   How we support you    Nationally competitive compensation structures with guaranteed salaries + productivity and performance bonuses    8 weeks paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME)   Generous sign on/relocation bonus  Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues    5-7% retirement match + 457b program   Paid malpractice + tail   Physician and Advanced Practice Provider wellness programs focused on personal and professional development    Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues    Community Information:  Great Falls is known as Montana’s base camp for art and adventure with a city population of 70,000, and a draw of over 275,000 people in north central Montana.
