We are looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team and play a key role in ensuring and continuously improving product quality throughout our value stream.

Your Responsibilities
Analyze, evaluate, and visualize quality performance indicators (e.g., First Pass Yield, SRR, Customer PPM) and drive measurable improvements in cooperation operative Quality Engineers
Support development projects with a focus on error prevention and process robustness using APQP toolset
Own and manage the non-conformance management process, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable corrective actions
Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of production-related quality issues
Lead the handling of customer concerns and complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures
Act as a trusted advisor to production teams on all quality-related matters
Support cross-functional projects within the designated value stream organization
Serve as a key interface between Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders
Contribute to the strategic development and optimization of inspection and quality assurance processes
Lead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives
Implement and maintain company-specific quality processes and standards
Support the Quality Manager in the regular evaluation and continuous improvement of the management system
What You Bring
Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, or a comparable technical qualification (e.g., Master Technician)
Professional experience and training in Quality Management and quality-related methodologies mandatory including APQP
Experience in KPI management and improvement projects
Experience in project management / coordination
Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach to problem-solving
Ability to take ownership, influence stakeholders, and drive change effectively
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across different organizational levels
Fluent German and English language skills are essential (C1+)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
