Quality Management Systems Lead

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Quality Management Systems (QMS) Lead to oversee and continuously improve our quality systems within a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with industry standards, including NADCAP , and ensuring that all quality processes meet regulatory, customer, and internal requirements. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in aerospace or defense manufacturing, deep knowledge of special process controls, and hands-on experience managing audits and quality certifications.
