Quality Supervisor

Position Summary Role and Responsibilities Role Purpose: The position is responsible for monitoring production, and coordinating the activities of workers who are involved in inspecting materials/product and ensuring that they meet the quality standards specified by the company.  Major Responsibilities: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position) Manage and communicate job expectations, coaching, and counseling of employees  Manage operational objectives, day-to-day activities, implement change, identify and address gaps Manage Quality Standards, Calibration and Service Manage market VOC and suggest solutions in quality and service field. Analyze product defects and manage quality improvement Prepare management and technical reports regarding daily performance and issues Work with product development and process engineering on product/process improvements Quality Assurance audits of process Other responsibilities as assigned by management; job duties may change at any time with or without notice Background, Experience & Qualifications: Supervisory experience Must demonstrate strong problem-solving ability Good verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in standard office software including MS Office Capability to learn new specific software and product Bachelor’s degree, work experience in quality related field Skills and Qualifications * Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
