Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Operate and maintain quarry equipment and machinery. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Assist with blasting operations and material extraction. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals. What Are We Looking For Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment. Understanding of safety protocols and procedures. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Physical capability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
