Compensation Range: $ 148,800 R&D Manufacturing Systems Specialist Daleville, VA | Munters Corporation Munters, a global leader in energy-efficient climate solutions, is hiring an R&D Manufacturing Systems Specialist to drive innovation at the intersection of engineering and manufacturing. This role will lead to the development of automated wiring harness processes while improving overall product manufacturability and efficiency. What You’ll Do: Develop automated wiring harness processes from design to production Translate AutoCAD Electrical schematics into manufacturing-ready data Integrate electrical and mechanical designs (SolidWorks) Lead Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and continuous improvement initiatives Support product launches, prototype builds, and production optimization Collaborate across R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field 5–7 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical programs Experience with DFM/DFA and process improvement Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical, SolidWorks, or similar tools Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills Why Join Munters?
