Radiation Oncologist – Advanced Radiation and Imaging Center of Spokane Position Summary Advanced Radiation Centers of Spokane (ARC) is seeking an experienced Radiation Oncologist to join our growing team and lead our NEW (currently-under-construction) radiation oncology facility, featuring a state-of-the-art Ethos adaptive radiotherapy linear accelerate. This ARC is site is affiliated with Spokane Urology, both now part of The Specialty Alliance, and located in a 15,000 square foot multi-use facility that will provide interventional radiology and PET/CT imaging.   While the affiliation with Spokane Urology provides a meaningful focus on prostate and other genitourinary malignancies, the center is geared to provide delivery of the highest level of radiation oncology for all disease sites as well as benign disease therapies.   This is an exceptional opportunity for a physician who wants to practice in a highly specialized, patient-centered environment.  We are looking for a physician who is passionate about advanced radiation oncology, eager to help shape the future of a growing program, and interested in practicing within a collaborative, physician-led organization that supports both clinical excellence and long-term professional growth. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and stage patients requiring radiation therapy, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary oncology team. Develop and supervise individualized treatment plans using IGRT, SGRT, IMRT, SBRT, theragnostic and working closely with our dedicated physicists and dosimetry team. Oversee daily treatment delivery, monitor patient response, and adjust plans as clinically indicated. Provide thorough patient and family education on diagnosis, treatment options, potential side effects, and follow-up care. Participate in multi-disciplinary tumor boards and case conferences with medical oncologists, surgeons, pathologists, radiologists, and other specialists. Ensure compliance with all safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards in radiation oncology. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record. Contribute to quality improvement, clinical research, and innovation initiatives within the group practice as interested. Qualifications MD or DO degree and completion of an ACGME-accredited Radiation Oncology residency. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology, preferably with >3 years of post residency experience.​ Eligible for Washington medical licensure. Demonstrated experience or strong interest in stereotactic radiosurgery/body radiotherapy (SRS/SBRT), and other advanced technologies.
