Job Summary *** HIRING BONUS ELIGIBLE *** Join our team as a Radiation Therapy Manager and lead a dynamic group of Radiation Therapists dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the radiation treatment program, ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care while fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. ARRT RT(T) certification and Massachusetts RT(T) license required. 5+ years of Radiation Therapy experience, including leadership, supervisory, or management experience.
