What We Offer Earn up to $50/hour , based on experience Brand-new 2025 state-of-the-art truck facility Fully air-conditioned shop Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Paid Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram (CDJR) factory training Dedicated Fleet & Truck Service Advisor Competitive technician incentive programs* Tool relocation assistance available On-site parts department Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability and Life Insurance 401(k) & Roth Retirement Plans Employee Purchase Program Scholarships, Employee Assistance Program, and additional MileOne benefits Responsibilities Diagnose, repair, and maintain RAM Heavy Duty trucks, ProMaster vans, fleet, medium-duty, and commercial vehicles Perform repairs according to factory and dealership standards Troubleshoot complex drivability, electrical, diesel, and mechanical concerns Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently Road-test vehicles to verify repairs and ensure quality workmanship Qualifications 3+ years of truck technician experience (CDJR preferred) Experience with RAM Heavy Duty and/or ProMaster vehicles strongly preferred Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills PA State Inspection License required Valid Driver's License Commitment to quality workmanship, productivity, and safety Why Heritage CDJR Harrisburg?
