Your role in Private Equity at Accenture: Accelerate Accenture's growth in Private Equity at the account and meet the PE FY Financial plan, with proven examples of origination via the PE Represent Americas Accenture services/work and build brand recognition and relationships with the PE (Investment, Op. Partners, Functions etc.), as a single poc for sales and delivery across the portfolio Establish Accenture as #1 the PE calls for +3 topics (e.g., AI, Carve-Out, Bolt-on, Tech DD etc.,), and: Build pipeline of ‘sell to’ opportunities the parent PE will buy Build pipeline of ‘sell with’ / ‘sell to’ opportunities the Portco C-suite will buy in collaboration with relevant Portco CALs Shape relevant propositions and commercial constructs, achieving preferred partner status/MSA Foster strategic relationships with PE-relevant ecosystem partners (e.g., SAP, Oracle, AWS, smaller/niche solution providers) and collaborate on GTM approaches Contribute to the influence and reputation of Accenture in the PE Industry by being an ambassador through events, participation and/or speaker involvement at PE conferences, and/or leadership publication – demonstrating the culture and language of the PE Firm and its sector Strengthen PE knowledge and culture within Accenture to increase the quality of delivery and interactions with PE firms Foster a diverse, innovative and collaborative environment across Accenture teams in PE and Portcos (talent management, coaching, engagement and connection) Skills: 1. Private Equity Commercial Acumen Ability to build understanding of PE value creation levers (deal lifecycle, carve‑outs, bolt‑ons, exits, operating model changes) Ability to translate PE and portco needs into right-sized Accenture solutions by working closely with our reinvention partners and industry leaders Executive presence and comfort engaging investment and operating partners at private equity firms and leaders in the portfolio companies 2. Origination & Pipeline Ability to collaborate across Accenture teams to build sell‑to and sell‑with pipeline across multiple portfolio companies Identifies repeatable regional plays (AI, carve‑outs, ERP modernization, cyber, shared services) Demonstrates drive to oversee and at times manage cross-functional teams 4. Influence Without Direct Authority Leads through credibility, clarity, and conviction, not hierarchy Can align leaders and teams around a single agenda Comfortable challenging misaligned pursuits or resourcing decisions 5. Executive Presence with PE Leadership Capable of learning / the language of PE: returns, speed, complexity reduction, decisive action Capable and prepared to bring points of view, not updates Ability to position Accenture as the first call for priority topics 6. GTM & Proposition Shaping Shapes regional PE GTM motions (AI, carve‑out factory, sector plays) Adapts global offerings to regional client realities Partners effectively with ecosystem players (SAP, Oracle, hyperscalers, niche firms) 7. Financial & Performance Discipline Runs the portfolio like a P&L owner Tracks sales, revenue, margin, and pipeline health rigorously Knows when to accelerate, fix, or exit coverage Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel could vary from 25% to 80% depending on business need and client requirements. Here's what you need: 8 years of consulting experience developing trusted client relationships with proven sales growth from onset of business development, RFPs, orals, client sales/presentations through delivery, including experience in an influential technical advisory and/or consulting role keen to deep industry insights/trends and innovation Bachelor's Degree Bonus points if you have: Demonstrated success in advising senior executives, including C-suite leaders, on strategic and operational challenges Experience in sales account leadership and/or one of these industries is a plus:  B&CM, CGRT, Health, LS, CMT/S&P/HT (Tech), Industrials Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
