Ready Mix CDL Driver

What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to job sites on schedule Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, and customers Manage the loading, transport, and unloading of concrete according to specifications Maintain a clean truck and complete required delivery documentation accurately What Are We Looking For Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with safe driving capability Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and situational awareness Ability to operate heavy equipment and adapt to changing job site conditions Effective communication skills and customer-focused mindset Dependability and ability to work independently or as part of a team Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $25.73 per hour $2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year) Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
