What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to customer job sites Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to ensure timely deliveries Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all safety and operational procedures Provide professional customer service while representing the company on job sites What We Are Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles Strong commitment to safety and following established procedures Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and maneuvering equipment Effective communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset Reliability, adaptability, and sound judgment in varying work conditions Conditions of Employment Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer $26.93 to $28.93 per hour Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
