You'll have the autonomy to make strategic decisions, develop exceptional leaders, and create lasting impact across a rapidly expanding multi-state region.  Work Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with flexibility required to support operational priorities, executive meetings, acquisitions, and urgent business needs.  Travel Requirement: Approximately 60–75% travel, throughout Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico and Oklahoma. Plus, 100% company-paid long-term disability and life insurance.   Employee Perks: National Brand Discounts, Employee Referral Program, and Employee Assistance Program  Job Mobility: Dungarvins multi-state footprint allows internal job mobility nationwide.  Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 cents per mile   As Dungarvin’s Regional Director, you will serve as a senior operational executive leading a multi-state region across Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. You will drive quality outcomes, financial performance, regulatory excellence, leadership development, and strategic growth across a diverse portfolio of services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  This high-impact role oversees a $50M+ operation supporting approximately 700 employees across residential services, ICF/IID, day programs, employment services, and community-based supports. As a key partner to the COO and executive team, you will shape regional strategy, support growth and acquisition initiatives, navigate complex operational challenges, and develop high-performing leaders.  This is an opportunity for a strategic, mission-driven executive to influence the future of a growing region while making a meaningful impact on the individuals and communities we serve.  What You Get To Do:  Lead Multi-State Regional Operations: Provide executive oversight for Louisiana, Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico operations, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services while achieving operational, financial, and organizational goals.  Drive Quality, Compliance & Risk Management: Strengthen quality assurance systems, monitor performance trends, ensure regulatory readiness, and proactively identify opportunities to reduce risk and improve outcomes.  Own Financial Performance & Growth Strategy: Oversee regional financial performance, including P&L accountability, budgeting, forecasting, labor optimization, and resource allocation while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and improved business performance.  Lead Strategic Growth & Organizational Change: Support business development initiatives, acquisitions, change-of-ownership activities, integration efforts, and strategic projects that expand services and strengthen regional operations.  Develop High-Performing Leaders: Coach, mentor, and develop senior leaders while building leadership pipelines, strengthening accountability, and fostering a culture aligned with Dungarvin’s mission and values.  Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish strong relationships with internal leaders, state agencies, funding partners, regulatory organizations, families, and community stakeholders to advance organizational goals.  MUST HAVE:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field (Psychology, Counseling, Allied Health, Educational Psychology, Sociology, etc.).  Executive Leadership Experience: 5+ years of progressive senior-level leadership experience overseeing complex human services operations, developing leaders, managing geographically dispersed teams, and achieving quality, operational, and financial objectives.  Human Services & ICF/IID Experience: 7+ years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including direct experience overseeing Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF/IID) and services such as residential, day programs, employment/vocational supports, and community-based programs.  Financial & Operational Leadership: Proven experience overseeing $50M+ budgets, P&L performance, forecasting, labor management, and resource allocation while leveraging operational metrics to improve performance and support strategic decision-making.  Strategic Growth & Change Ma
