What you'll do As a Regional Sales Manager at TRACTIAN, you will own regional revenue performance by leading and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives. You will drive disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and strong deal execution while coaching reps on enterprise selling motions. Partnering closely with Sales Engineering and Customer teams, you will help industrial customers modernize maintenance and reliability operations through Tractian’s technology.
