Overview
Reviews incoming loans for TRID compliance and minimum documentation requirements. Communicates file deficiencies with internal and external customers regarding documentation needed to complete disclosures and full submission of loan to underwriting.

Responsibilities
Meets minimum productivity requirements of 12 files reviewed and disclosed.
Reviews loan submission data for minimum requirements and communicates effectively in writing and on the phone with PRMG employees and brokers.
Work in tandem with loan production personnel including Account Managers, Account Executives and brokers, to ensure smooth flow of loan applications and packages to and within the company.
Enters loan submission data in to LOS to generate and distribute up-front disclosures to applicant.
Reviews change of circumstance data and processes re-disclosures to applicant.
Accept submissions from wholesale source clients.
Utilizes DocVelocity technology and can competently review mis-filed documents for re-filing in correct area of the imaging system.
Verifies through the NMLS Consumer Access site, license validity for all wholesale and retail originators
Uses PRMG submission checklist to verify/validate all required documentation.
Perform loan application data entry in Encompass (FastTrac360.)
Verifies accurate TRID compliance
Orders various services such as The Work Number, 4506T, Fraud through the Encompass integration.
Qualifications
Experience in mortgage operations required
Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills
Detail oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technologically proficient in MS Windows software
Outlook experience required
Excellent spelling skills required
High school diploma
Min USD $21.00/Hr.
Max USD $26.00/Hr.
