Collabera offers a full range of benefits to its employees including paid vacations, holidays, personal days, Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 401K retirement savings plan, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance. • Incumbent is the point of contact and technical advisor for Engineering Change Control processes in their respective Value Streams.  Job responsibilities: • Include the planning and ownership of all Releasing processes.  • Responsible for converting engineering drawing information into material planning systems  • Setting an engineering change effective date to allow for flawless implementation  • Participate on CPPD team (for NPI, CPI and running engineering changes) and start up meetings  • Communications regarding any process and material plan change.  • Supporting supervisor assigned tasks as directed  Typical Day:  • Incumbent will work day shift, 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.  • This position is in an office environment working within a team concept Technical Skills:  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts  • Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Planning  • APICS certification  Soft Skills:  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills  • Strong written and verbal communication skills  • Strong interpersonal/facilitation skills  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications  • Proactive; Takes initiative; Accountable.
