This role is key to providing an organized, polished dining experience. Who You Are Fast, efficient, and able to navigate a busy dining room Detail-focused with strong communication skills Team-oriented and calm under pressure Reliable and committed to accuracy and presentation Guest-centered with a friendly, professional demeanor Veterans and military spouses are encouraged to apply What You Will Do Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in an efficient, organized manner Ensure accuracy of orders and proper presentation before delivery Communicate course timing, modifications, and special requests to servers Assist in clearing and resetting tables between courses or after guests leave Support servers by restocking plates, silverware, and service items Maintain cleanliness of expo lines, food stations, and service areas Assist with running beverages as needed Answer basic guest questions or direct them to servers Regular attendance in conformance with standards May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings Perform other duties as assigned Your Qualifications Include: Required : Ability to lift and carry heavy trays and navigate crowded spaces Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Preferred : Prior restaurant or hospitality experience High School Diploma or equivalent
