Cellular Sales Revenue Reconciliation Analyst   Classification   Non-Exempt  Reports To   Revenue Reconciliation Manager  JOB DESCRIPTION   Summary   Responsible for transaction-level reconciliation of revenue activity across multiple systems within the Revenue accounting & reconciliation functions. This role ensures financial accuracy by investigating discrepancies, resolving exceptions, and preparing accounting entries in a high-volume, multi-system environment.  Essential Functions   Reconcile high-volume transaction activity across multiple systems and pay types  Research and resolve exception transactions across systems   Prepare journal entries and reclasses to ensure accurate GL reporting   Manage ServiceNow tickets for dealer/market follow-up   Monitor assigned markets and identify trends or irregularities   Communicate with internal teams and dealers to resolve discrepancies   Ensure timely completion of reconciliations in alignment with close deadlines  Assist with reporting and analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities  Perform other duties as assigned   Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must have reliable transportation  Position Type/Expected Hours of Work   This is a full-time hybrid position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with some flexibility in work hours.  Travel   No travel is required for this position.  Required Education and Experience   High School Diploma or GED   Experience in accounting, finance, or reconciliation   Intermediate Excel Skills  Preferred Education and Experience   Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field   General ledger experience   Experience with accounting systems   Additional Eligibility Qualifications   Strong analytical and research skills   Ability to handle large datasets and multi-system reconciliations  Detail-oriented and deadline-driven   AAP/EEO Statement   Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
