Job Description​ We are hiring a Registered Nurse Clinic Supervisor for our Primary Care Clinic at the Plaza. The Shift: This is a Monday through Friday day shift position working 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Kansas/Missouri RN license required. 2 years of experience preferred. Supervising 30-45 clinical employees. The Work: Position will work in coordination with the Primary Care Clinic Supervisor to oversee staff focused on ancillary staff including lab & x-ray, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Geriatric Medicine patients. Manages specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned. Supervise assigned clinical departments. Also responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions, discipline and staff evaluations. Assist clinical staff and cover clinical duties as needed.
