💰 Compensation
LPN: $22.50 – $26.50/hr
RN: $30.00 – $34.00/hr
Plus weekend differentials, annual raises, and opportunities for growth and advancement within our community!

🩺 What You’ll Do
As an RN or LPN in Independent Living at WVC, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional care and enhancing the daily lives of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing compassionate, Resident-centered nursing care
Administering medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitoring health status, vital signs, and documenting changes
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and care teams
Responding to emergencies with professionalism and confidence
Leading and supporting nursing assistants in a charge role
Contributing to care planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Promoting resident comfort, dignity, and overall wellbeing
✅ What You’ll Bring
Active LPN/RN license (required)
CPR certification and AED training
A caring mindset and commitment to excellence
Strong communication and teamwork skills
🕒 Schedule

Full-Time Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation
