We are seeking experienced Medical-Surgical nurses to join our Surgical Unit for a 13-week seasonal assignment and help care for our community when demand is at its highest. From day one, you'll work alongside experienced nurses, providers, therapists, case managers, and support staff to deliver exceptional care to surgical and oncology patients in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. From day one, you will work alongside experienced nurses, providers, therapists, case managers, and support staff to deliver exceptional care to surgical and oncology patients. You'll support patients throughout their post-operative recovery and treatment journey, providing skilled nursing care, patient education, pain management, and discharge planning in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. As a Seasonal RN on our Surgical Unit, you'll care for patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures while supporting individuals with complex medical and oncology-related needs. You'll develop expertise in post-operative recovery, pain management, wound care, patient education, and discharge planning while collaborating closely with surgeons, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary care teams.
