We are seeking experienced Medical-Surgical nurses to join our Surgical Unit for a 13-week seasonal assignment and help care for our community when demand is at its highest.
From day one, you'll work alongside experienced nurses, providers, therapists, case managers, and support staff to deliver exceptional care to surgical and oncology patients in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

At Logan Health, seasonal RNs are not viewed as temporary help—they are fully integrated members of the Surgical Unit team. From day one, you will work alongside experienced nurses, providers, therapists, case managers, and support staff to deliver exceptional care to surgical and oncology patients. You'll support patients throughout their post-operative recovery and treatment journey, providing skilled nursing care, patient education, pain management, and discharge planning in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

As a Seasonal RN on our Surgical Unit, you'll care for patients recovering from a variety of surgical procedures while supporting individuals with complex medical and oncology-related needs.
You'll develop expertise in post-operative recovery, pain management, wound care, patient education, and discharge planning while collaborating closely with surgeons, hospitalists, and interdisciplinary care teams. This role offers a rewarding blend of surgical nursing, medical-surgical care, and oncology experience.

13-week seasonal assignment
36 hours per week (3x12-hour shifts)
15% seasonal premium pay
$1,000 bonus after 30 days
$1,000 bonus after 60 days
$2,000 completion bonus
What We're Looking For
Current Montana RN license or compact license eligibility
2+ years of Med/Surg RN experience
ONS Chemo Provider card preferred
Strong critical thinking, communication, and prioritization skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
