Your goals, ideas and perspective can help shape our future – we look forward to hearing them!    The Roof Runner group provides builders with rental/leased/purchased equipment and technical expertise on that equipment.  This equipment and expertise is vital to ensuring our builders properly seam our roof panels.   The Roof Runner Operations manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the department.  This includes, but is not limited to safety, budget, inventory, billing, shipping and other day to day functions.   In addition, the roof runner operations manager is responsible for the facility maintenance functions of the Grandview office, including yard, building, and general maintenance.   Job Duties Ensure safe operation and   proper safety training for employees   Manage roof runner lease program   Oversee and assist with order processing including initiation of lease agreements   Monitor and track budget   Provide technical support within the company and to outside builders/erectors   Maintain inventory levels for lease equipment and spare parts   Oversee day to day operations and manage roof runner employees   Education & Experience Minimum:   2-years metal building experience   1-year management experience   Knowledge of Compass   Knowledge of Microsoft office and Excel work book   Competent with Compass and order processing   Preferred :   2 or 4-year t echnical degree   Mechanical experience   Butler Product knowledge   Machine shop experien ce   Additional Information The preceding job responsibilities and tasks were designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by associates in this job.  It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all job duties and responsibilities required of associates assigned to this job.  Associates may be required to perform other duties as assigned.  Additional job competencies, individual goals, and performance measurements are set at the department level.
