Functional Skills:   Strong client-facing abilities with experience in   Retail   and business processes like   Order-to-Cash (O2C) ,   Procure-to-Pay (P2P) , and   Record-to-Report (R2R) . Expertise in   requirement gathering ,   workshop preparation and execution , and   scope and resource management .
