Enjoy opportunities for growth within the Keyes Automotive Group. What You'll Do Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries from prospective customers. Schedule appointments for customers with the sales team and confirm appointments through follow-up communication. Build relationships with customers while providing outstanding customer service. Document customer interactions and update information in the dealership CRM. Work with the sales team to help create a smooth and positive customer experience. What You'll Bring At least 1 year of customer service, call center, sales, or BDC experience. Comfortable speaking to customers by phone, text, and email. Provide professional customer service and create a positive experience for every customer. Work well with teammates to achieve shared goals. Use a computer for daily tasks and learn dealership software used to manage customer information. The ability to manage multiple customer conversations throughout the day. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The pay for this position is $20.00 an hour plus bonuses. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
