You are:
As a Manager in Accenture’s Lead-to-Cash (L2C) practice within Song Sales & Commerce , you will design and deliver CPQ-led commercial transformations, with a strong focus on Industrials clients. You will help organizations modernize how they configure, price, quote, and convert opportunities into orders, ensuring CPQ capabilities are tightly integrated with pricing, contracts, order management, and downstream fulfillment and billing processes.
This role requires hands-on experience with CPQ solutions and close collaboration with Sales, Pricing, Product, and Revenue Operations teams. You will help clients simplify complex product portfolios, enable guided selling, enforce pricing discipline, and improve quote speed, accuracy, and margin outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead functional workstreams focused on CPQ, pricing, quoting, and deal management within broader Lead-to-Cash programs
Design future-state CPQ processes aligned to industrial business models (complex products, services, bundles, aftermarket)
Ensure seamless integration between CPQ, CRM, Pricing Engines, Contract Management, ERP, and Order Management
Support or lead CPQ implementations (Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Oracle CPQ, SAP CPQ, or equivalent)
Translate business requirements into functional designs, user stories, and configuration specifications
Enable guided selling, pricing rules, discount governance, approvals, and margin visibility within CPQ tools
Work directly with client stakeholders across Sales, Pricing, Product Management, Revenue Operations, and IT
Facilitate workshops on product configuration, pricing logic, deal flows, and approval models
Manage day-to-day delivery activities across onshore and offshore resources
Contribute to proposals, solution design, and CPQ/L2C capability development

Job Qualifications Here is what you'll need:
7+ years of experience leading Lead-to-Cash and/or Order-to-Cash transformations, including: proven track record delivering large, complex, technology-enabled O2C programs, strong front-office and customer-facing experience beyond finance, experience advising senior executives and leading enterprise change,
5+ years of prior consulting experience with accountability for delivery and growth
What will set you apart:
Deep experience with ERP and O2C platforms (SAP ECC / S/4HANA, Oracle, Salesforce, CPQ)
Exposure to automation, analytics, and AI use cases in O2C
Experience in complex, global, multi-entity organizations
Industry experience in Industrials, Logistics, CMT, Consumer, or Utilities
