What You'll Do Work a disciplined sales process from greeting to delivery, including needs assessment, product presentation, proposal and finance options. Present and test drive requested vehicle to customer. Maintain consistent follow-up with showroom, phone, internet, previous, and referral customers using the store's CRM and required communication cadence. Build long-term customer relationships by delivering a professional, transparent, and high-energy buying experience. Stay current on Hyundai product knowledge, incentives, inventory, training requirements, and store processes. Exceed activity, appointment, sales, gross, customer satisfaction, and training expectations. What You'll Bring 3+ years of Automotive sales experience is required. A closer with strong work ethic, professional communication skills, and the ability to follow a defined process. Comfortable with CRM usage, phone follow-up, digital leads, appointments, and accountability to daily activity standards. Able to multitask and succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment. Committed to delivering a high-quality customer experience before, during, and after the sale. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence required. Total Rewards This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability"). The annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200-$158,700 . Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $2,500, paid as $1,000 after 30 days of active employment and $1,500 after 90 days of active employment.
