Sales Development Manager

Location: Mountain View, CA onsite  Reports to: VP of Marketing About Level AI: Level AI is a Series C AI company based in Mountain View. We build the platform that turns contact center conversations into intelligence the rest of the business can act on. Quality, analytics, coaching, automation, and AI agents all run on the same customer data. Role Overview: This role builds and runs the engine that feeds our pipeline. You'll hire, coach, and scale a team of SDRs turning cold outbound into qualified meetings with enterprise CX and contact center leaders, at a moment when those buyers are rebuilding their stack around AI.
