We’re looking for a servant leader with: Strong character and ethics (non-negotiable) Urgency and drive — in the office early every day with a plan Must be willing to make 50–60 calls a day personally Willingness to get in front of customers, take turns, and close deals Ability to lead by example and help salespeople improve their own activity A proactive mindset around phone calls, follow-up, and execution Nissan experience is a big plus, but we’re ultimately looking for the right person, not just the right résumé.
