Responsibilities:
Sales Support Responsibilities
Maintain daily communication with Sales & Engineering team.
Prepare and analyses reports including forecasts, pricing, sales and profitability, customer share
Monitor market segments and customer trends
Prepare presentations, reports, and product materials
Verify and maintain pricing files in accordance with contracts and Long-Term Agreements
Track and manage NDA renewals
Monitor customer portals for scorecards and performance matrix, identifying improvement opportunities
Customer Service and Order Management Responsibilities
Process customer orders including EDI, ASN, returns, and order confirmations
Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with agreements
Monitor and download customer forecast data from portals
Coordinate with Planning and Shipping to mitigate delivery risks
Manage shipment activities, including expedites, tracking, and proof of delivery
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
Investigate and resolve order, pricing, and invoice discrepancies
Act as backup for other CSR team members as required
Operational and Administrative Responsibilities
Create and maintain material master data in SAP
Support to Accounting activities including payments, credits, debits and returns
Create purchase requisitions for internal and external vendors
Setting up new customer accounts
Maintain accurate electronic and hard copy records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve order processing efficiency
Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives
Comply with all Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing or related field or equivalent experience
2 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or technical environment preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (data organization and analysis), PowerPoint, TEAMS
Experience with CRM and SAP systems preferred
Strong analytical skills to evaluate orders, forecasts, inventory, and demand planning data
