SAP Finance Associate Manager

As an  SAP Finance Associate Manager  at Accenture, you will   be responsible for   analyzing organizational processes and designing systems to meet business needs. This includes assessing the current business model,   identifying   customer requirements, and defining future-state business solutions that integrate seamlessly with technology. You will act as a subject matter expert, lead and manage teams to perform effectively, and provide innovative solutions to complex challenges. Advanced   proficiency   in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger is essential, with recommended   expertise   in SAP FI CO Finance.   Key Responsibilities:   Analyze organizational processes and design systems to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with technology and business goals.   Assess the current state,   identify   customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solutions.   Act as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.   Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and ensure alignment with stakeholders.   Develop detailed documentation to support process design and system integration.   Utilize analytical tools to assess data and provide insights for informed decision-making.   Collaborate with technical teams to ensure   the successful   implementation of solutions.   Lead and manage teams to perform effectively, make team decisions, and engage with multiple teams to contribute to key organizational decisions.   Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.   Demonstrate advanced   proficiency   in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and recommended   expertise   in SAP FI CO Finance. Basic Qualifications ​ Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Business Administration, Information Technology, or   a related   field.   Minimum of [ 8   years] of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger and SAP FI CO Finance.   Advanced   proficiency   in SAP S/4HANA FI General Ledger.   Strong understanding of SAP FI CO Finance and its integration with other SAP modules.   Proven experience in   facilitating   workshops and gathering requirements from stakeholders.   Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess data and   provide   actionable insights.   Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.   Experience in developing detailed documentation to support process design and system integration.   Preferred Qualifications:   Master’s degree in a related field.   Certifications in SAP S/4HANA Finance or related areas.   Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).   Familiarity with analytical tools and techniques for data-driven decision-making.   Proven ability to   identify   opportunities for innovation and process improvement. #AccentureEMEARecruitment   About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
