Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Implementation : Lead the development and implementation of SAP MDG solutions that align with industry standards and client requirements. Functional and Application Design : Deliver functional and application designs that address current and future business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules. Team Collaboration : Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective solutions, driving alignment across various functions. Data Governance Leadership : Provide thought leadership in master data governance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational policies. Process Optimization : Identify opportunities to enhance master data processes and leverage SAP MDG innovations to deliver value to clients. Compliance and Governance : Ensure solutions comply with data governance standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies. Testing and Quality Assurance : Oversee the development and execution of test plans to validate configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability of the solution. Training and Support : Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP MDG solutions. Here’s What You Will Need A minimum of   8 years of experience   in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) or related skills. Master proficiency in SAP MDG Tool , including configuration, compliance, and support. A   Bachelor’s Degree   in a relevant field of study (e.g., Information Technology, Data Management, Business Administration). Bonus Points If You Have Advanced proficiency in   Data Analysis   to provide actionable insights and support decision-making. Intermediate proficiency in   Business Process Improvement   to identify and implement process enhancements. Expert proficiency in   Project Management , including planning, execution, and delivery of SAP MDG projects. Master proficiency in   Change Management   to drive successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
