We work at the intersection of finance, business and technology, leading transformation programmes that go beyond system implementation to deliver meaningful business outcomes.   As a Manager in CFO&EV, you will play a key role in leading workstreams, shaping finance process design and acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, while contributing to the growth and capability of the practice   As a Manager within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:    Leading finance workstreams within SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programmes   Owning end-to-end intercompany accounting design, including , c ross-company postings , i ntercompany AR / AP , i ntercompany invoicing , c learing,   netting   and settlement   Driving intercompany close and reconciliation, ensuring scalable processes, robust   controls   and   timely   resolution of mismatches   Acting as the finance design authority for intercompany processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise structure,   reporting   and CFO priorities   Translating transfer pricing requirements into practical finance processes and SAP-enabled solutions   Facilitating design and decision workshops with finance,   tax   and treasury stakeholders   Managing dependencies between intercompany processes and adjacent areas such as   Record to Report ,   Supply Chain Finance ,   Group   reporting   and consolidation   Working closely with SAP delivery teams while   retaining   ownership of finance outcomes and business requirements   Supporting programme leadership through structured issue management, decision   papers   and progress reporting   Contributing to CFO&EV practice development, including , s haping intercompany and transfer pricing transformation approaches , s upporting proposals and bids ,   d eveloping reusable assets and points of view   We are looking for the following skills and experience:    Strong experience delivering intercompany finance transformations within S/4HANA programmes   Deep understanding of intercompany accounting processes, including   m atching and reconciliation , c learing and netting , p eriod-end   close   and eliminations   Solid understanding of how enterprise structure (company codes, controlling areas, profit centres)   impacts   intercompany design and reporting   Experience with or strong awareness of SAP intercompany capabilities, including   SAP ICMR (Intercompany Matching & Reconciliation) ,   RRICB / advanced intercompany billing concepts   Strong understanding of transfer pricing mechanisms and operating models, including the journey from policy through to finance process and SAP enablement   Ability to translate transfer pricing requirements into   i ntercompany pricing logic , m argin and markup models ,   o perational finance processes   Experience leading intercompany workstreams through   f it-to-standard discussions , f inance process design ,   t esting   and deployment   Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate finance,   tax   and treasury perspectives   Ability to manage functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models   Comfortable operating in complex, multi-workstream SAP transformation environments   Set yourself apart:   Experience delivering intercompany and transfer pricing transformation as part of large-scale SAP S/4HANA finance programmes   A value-led mindset, with the ability to link intercompany improvements to   f aster close , r educed reconciliation effort ,   b etter   margin   and performance insight   Exposure to PAPM concepts or tools (desirable but not essential)   Confidence leading senior client discussions and   facilitating   complex design decisions   Experience contributing to business development, including proposal   support   or shaping client opportunities   Interest in building deep   expertise   in intercompany finance within CFO&EV, while developing broader finance transformation capability   A collaborative leadership style, with a passion for developing team members and strengthening practice capability   Professional finance or accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent industry experience   What’s   in it for you   At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes 30 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!
