We work at the intersection of finance, business and technology, leading transformation programmes that go beyond system implementation to deliver meaningful business outcomes.   As a Manager in CFO&EV, you will play a key role in leading workstreams, shaping finance process design and acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, while contributing to the growth and capability of the practice   As a Manager within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:    Leading Order to Cash workstreams within SAP S/4HANA finance transformation programmes, with accountability for end-to-end O2C process design and delivery   Owning O2C scope across the full lifecycle, including ,   o rder management and contract-to-order considerations ,   b illing and invoicing ,   r evenue recognition alignment ,   c redit management, collections and cash application ,   d ispute   and deduction management   Acting as the primary finance O2C design authority, ensuring solutions are business-led, fit-to-standard where   appropriate , and aligned to CFO priorities   Facilitating client workshops and design forums, translating commercial and operational requirements into robust finance process designs   Managing dependencies between O2C and adjacent finance processes, including Record to Report and financial close   Working closely with SAP delivery and integration teams, while   retaining   ownership of finance outcomes and business requirements   Supporting programme leadership with clear status, issue   management   and decision recommendations   Contributing to practice development activities, including ,   s haping O2C transformation approaches ,   s upporting proposals and bids ,   d eveloping reusable assets and points of view   We are looking for the following skills and experience:    Strong experience delivering Order to Cash transformations within SAP   S/4HANA and/or   ECC programmes   Broad understanding of SAP S/4HANA O2C capabilities, including ,   FI-AR and billing integration ,   SAP SD from a finance and revenue perspective ,   c redit management, collections and dispute processes ,   c ash application and clearing , e xperience aligning O2C processes   with revenue recognition principles, including awareness of event-based revenue recognition and IFRS 15 concepts   Understanding of how O2C design impacts   r evenue and margin reporting , w orking capital and cash flow ,   f inancial close and controls   Strong grasp of commercial and revenue models, including pricing, discounts,   rebates   and deductions   Understanding of customer master data, profit centre and reporting structures, and their impact on finance insight and control   Awareness of controls and compliance considerations across O2C, including order approval, billing   accuracy   and revenue assurance   Ability to assess finance process trade-offs and make informed recommendations in complex environments   Experience leading O2C workstreams through   f it-to-standard discussions , b usiness process   design,   testing   and deployment   Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging finance,   sales   and operational leaders   Ability to manage functional teams across onshore and offshore delivery models   Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced transformation environments with multiple dependencies   Set yourself apart:   Experience delivering O2C transformation as part of large-scale SAP S/4HANA finance programmes   A value-led mindset, with the ability to translate O2C process changes into business outcomes such as improved cash flow, reduced   disputes   and better revenue insight   Strong facilitation skills and confidence leading senior client discussions   Experience contributing to business development, including shaping proposals or supporting sales discussion s   Interest in developing a long-term career within CFO&EV, building deep O2C   expertise   and broader finance transformation capability   A collaborative leadership style, with a passion for developing team members and strengthening practice capability   Professional finance or accounting qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent industry experience   What’s   in it for you   At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes 30 days’ vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable
