Second Shift Outbound Operations Supervisor

As an Outbound Supervisor, you'll overseeing the day-to-day flow of outbound operations while ensuring orders are shipped accurately, safely, and on time. You'll coach and develop team members, adapt to changing priorities, and help foster a positive, high-performing work environment. This is an opportunity to influence the future of our operations and help revolutionize our outbound processes. Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000/Annually What you will do? Oversee work activities for team associates on a daily basis Review work procedures, work schedules, equipment assignments, and personnel to ensure efficient workflow to complete work assignments Direct orders to the appropriate work areas and assigning personnel to departments that require additional capacity Investigate and provide solutions to problems regarding external and internal customer concerns Compiles and maintains applicable associate metrics as required Trains, develops and performance-monitors activities with associates Ensures all associates are in compliance with company policies and procedures Develops and maintains a good working relationship with all departments Follows closing procedures What you bring to the table! Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a distribution center preferred Demonstrated ability to lead teams, navigate change, and foster a positive, high-performing work environment Experience coaching, developing, and motivating employees while driving accountability and results Strong understanding of distribution center operations, including picking, quality control, shipping, receiving, inventory flow, and space utilization Proficiency with Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems (WMS), RF technology, and other distribution center software Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or GED required Ability to safely lift and move merchandise weighing up to 70 pounds Previous forklift or powered industrial equipment experience preferred Why do you want to work with us?
