Must have skills : Palo Alto Networks Firewalls Good to have skills : Zscaler Architecture Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This role includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the deployment of security controls, and ensuring a smooth transition to cloud security-managed services. The position requires continuous evaluation of security measures to maintain robust protection while supporting business performance and scalability within the cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with business goals and compliance requirements. - Monitor and assess emerging security threats and recommend enhancements to the cloud security framework. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in troubleshooting security-related issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Zscaler Architecture. - Strong knowledge of firewall configuration, management, and troubleshooting within cloud environments. - Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices for secure architecture design. - Ability to analyze security risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. - Experience with network segmentation, access control policies, and security monitoring tools.
