Must have skills : SailPoint IdentityIQ Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. This includes creating detailed architectural plans, overseeing the integration of security controls, and ensuring seamless transition to cloud security-managed services. The position requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain robust security postures while supporting business performance and compliance requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures within cloud environments. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure security architecture aligns with evolving business needs. - Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and understanding. - Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend improvements to existing frameworks. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing cloud security architectures and controls. - Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective solutions. - Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on proactive risk mitigation.
