Project Role : Security Architect Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Must have skills : Palo Alto Networks Firewalls Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: The candidate will be responsible for providing infrastructure security support for firewall management services, with a focus on Palo Alto technologies. The role requires hands-on experience in firewall operations, troubleshooting, and security incident handling. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude towards work, and a willingness to learn new technologies. Roles & Responsibilities: -Provide day-to-day operational support for Palo Alto firewall management services. - Manage firewall rules, policy creation, optimization, and audit activities. - Perform troubleshooting for firewall, network, VPN, and application connectivity issues. - Monitor firewall logs and investigate security events or incidents. - Handle incidents, service requests, and escalations as per SLA requirements. - Perform configuration backup, restoration, software patching, and upgrades. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and service improvements. Professional & Technical Skills: -Hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFW, including - App ID, User ID, Content ID - Security Profiles and policy configuration - VPN technologies IPSec ,Global Protect, Palo alto . - Strong troubleshooting skills in firewall and network-related issues. - Good understanding of networking fundamentals (Routing & Switching). - Knowledge of Proxy, WAF, and general network security technologies. - Good to have exposure to Cisco ISE and related technologies.
