Project Role : Security Architect Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Must have skills : Palo Alto Networks Firewalls Good to have skills : NA Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Security Architect, your day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework that aligns with organizational objectives and operational standards. You will focus on creating detailed architectural plans that support secure cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes. Your role includes overseeing the documentation of security controls and facilitating the smooth transition of these controls into managed cloud security operations, collaborating with various teams to maintain robust security postures throughout the cloud infrastructure. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security architecture with business goals and compliance requirements. - Continuously evaluate emerging security technologies and recommend enhancements to the cloud security framework. - Assist in the development and delivery of training materials to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices in cloud security architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palo Alto Networks Firewalls. - Strong knowledge of network security principles and cloud security best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud environments. - Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions. - Familiarity with security monitoring and incident response processes related to cloud infrastructure. - Skilled in documenting security architectures and operational procedures clearly and comprehensively.
