This role requires careful planning and documentation of security controls to ensure seamless integration and transition into cloud security-managed services. The position demands continuous evaluation of security architecture to support business needs while maintaining optimal performance and compliance within a dynamic cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of security policies and procedures to enhance cloud security posture. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence. - Coordinate with stakeholders to align security architecture with evolving business strategies and regulatory requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations. - Strong expertise in cloud security frameworks and architecture design. - Experience in documenting and implementing cloud security controls and operational transitions. - Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. - Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments. - Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
